Over the years I have become a big fan of list. They help me organize and get stuff done. And truth be told I am a fan of David Allen’s Getting Things Done (GTD). Setting up a company is really about getting a list of things you have to do and doing it. In this digital fast pace world there are just as many infinitely more distractions than there are things I need to do so using a list helps me stay focused.
On my list for Brooklyn Bell Food & Co. is to find a commercial kitchen. Tonight, I’m off to check it out. On paper is seems like it will be a perfect fit in to our current business model. I know that I’ll get excited about the space and seeing the ovens, freezers, and stainless steel tables. It is these kinds of things I look forward to when we set up our own proper commercial kitchen.
